This individual must be a licensed attorney, self-motivated team player with the ability to identify and resolve legal issues, draft and negotiate contracts, and balance legal and business concerns. Assists in protecting the Company’s legal interest and maintain operations within the scope established by law and corporate standards set by the Company. Experience with issues pertaining to software licensing, product development, joint venture technology licensing agreements and procurement is preferred.
